Shares distribution
The vegetables are distributed in a “mini-market style” allowing members to select the vegetable that they want from a list provided. The way it works it that the vegetables are displayed on the table, and the members pack their shares themselves according to the list provided on the blackboard. Using this method of distribution allows the members to choose the individual vegetables according to their own preferences, and allows us to offer option between vegetables (for instance take 1 broccoli or 1 cauliflower). Moreover, it allows us and the members to reduce our consumption of packaging material as we will not be using plastic bags to package the vegetables. We ask that members bring reusable bags, boxes and/or plastic container to take their vegetables home.
Vacations and missed baskets
Members can now miss up to 3 summer baskets without losing their vegetables. An easy system through the member’s user account of our online boutique allows them to schedule in advance their vacation days and to postpone their vegetable baskets to a later delivery date.
Please note that only a certain number of changes are possible for any given day of delivery. This means that the earlier you reschedule your deliveries according to your vacations, the better the chances that you will be allowed to make those changes. This is necessary for us as to make sure that we have enough vegetables for everyone on a given week, and not too much vegetables when everyone is gone on vacations.

In any cases, the member can always send someone in its name without having to inform us.
In other situations, a unplaned missed basket is a lost basket and is non-refundable.
Exchange basket
An exchange basket allows members to trade an item from their basket with one from the exchange basket. At the beginning of each drop-off, we assemble a box of vegetables according to the selection of the week and the box is placed at the end of the table. After having collected all their vegetables, members can choose one item of the exchange box and exchange it for an item of their own basket, according to the availability of what is left in the exchange basket.
Payment options
Payment can be made in full amount or in 3 instalments, by cheques via the mail or by credit card payement via our online boutique.
